Loved it!

This comes painted flat black and does match the original case wrinkle finish, also the rubber boot that covers the hot wire is white painted black and was cracking. The oem starter also has a stud that holds the oil lines, this will have to be taken off and reused on the new starter. Other than that it works, it does not sound as strong as the stock unit, but its 1/3 the price of an oem starter so really cant complain. It is a gamble though, its not a small job to change this out and if it does not work or fails its not a small job to pull the starter.

Fits and works well.

Works as stated, but the black paint on the rubber cover was already flaking off during install. Other than that starts right up on my 2008 Nightster and its less than half the cost of other starters. Great buy.

Works great

I install this on the bike start right up. Din't notis any differrenz power wise. Still give me the first indecision when I presses the starter buutton. May be neede more time riding park an go to make my final review.

It came in today and as described. Looking forward to installing it and going for a ride.

You can't beat this starter for the price! Excellent quality, and has the same power as my factory starter did! Fit my 2005 XL1200C perfectly, and came with a new gasket installed!
