This sticks decently well, but if your pet will attempt to scratch it, it will likely come off. My pets don't scratch the window sill but they hop on it and I just didn't want it scratched up. So it works for that purpose

Protects surfaces as advertised but doesn't stick as well as I had hoped..even to a flat wood door.Installed it on a painted wood window sill with curved edge and it won't adhere to the contour.

Word of warning...This did remove paint from a painted metal door. I have left it up to prevent scratching anyway, but definitely do a test if you are concerned with this.

Seems to work ok but it peels away from the door along the edges then I would have hoped and tends to bubble a little.

Not as sticky as I would like. My dog was able to scratch the tape off the windowsill pretty easily.

Great Product, this works very well to deter cats from scratching on the couches. The tape could have a stronger adhesive though as I routinely had to press the tape to fabric. I would buy again, but would maybe try with clear shipping tape as well.

Put this on the main door molding awhere our dog was chewing when we would leave and he chews right through this. Maybe it would work for smaller dogs? We have a 33 lb mutt.
