Casio Unisex W-214HC-4AVCF "Classic" Red Resin Watch

At first I thought this watch would be too bulky for my small wrists, but I really wanted a large, easy to read face for my old eyes and this works fine for that. I also wanted to be able to see the day, month and date clearly on the face. This also has that. I wanted an illuminated watch with an easy to locate and press button. Got it. Those were the essentials. Bonus points for the stop watch and count down features. Also, for the cheery red resin band that has held up well for two years of constant wear. I have been wearing digital Casio's for decades and they can't be beat for durability and reliability. I finally allow myself to have more than one at a time...a winter watch and a summer watch. That way, I just switch them out with the time changes instead of messing with the settings. I also like the Casio website for downloading manuals anytime on any device so I don't have to keep track of them and read the tiny print. The downloaded pdf is easy to enlarge and get all the details such as what kind of replacement battery to get.The glossy red band brightens up my dark everyday outfits. I am pleased with watch this overall.

This watch is awesome for the price!!! I have several very expensive metal, even one, White Gold Rolex (parents bought as a graduation gift) and this is my new, go to watch. You can't beat it for the price! I've had no problems with mine what so ever. I am the most technologically challenged person in the world; after about 5 minutes of not being able to set this watch up, (i only use it for time and date), and took a deep breath, read through the manual again, within 15 minutes, I had the watch and date set, and the alarms cut off. Very stylish, many compliments, really great watch for $17. Would recommend to anyone! Great color as well! Especially for someone who has a tendency to wear black all of the time, gives some color to my dull wardrobe, and now my mom can't fuss about me not liking colors!

I've owned few casio watches. When it comes to world class quality & affordability they are the best. I mean you can buy hundreds of watches brands out there for the same price or lower but you will never get Casio quality.This watch is cute more than good looking, that's what my girlfriend'l says. Ic would not wear this with business attire, but it looks excellent in casual wear.Setting up the time was easy for me as I have other casio watches & the only drawback is to read the instruction manual you should have very good eyesight:)

When I bought this I didn't know much about watches and I was buying a lot of them and wanted some color. I used to hang my Swiss Army watch on a nail on my bathroom wall. The battery died and I took it to the jeweler the same day this Casio arrived so I hung it on the wall and it is perfect! No matter how inexpensive they are, ALL Casios are high-quality, so yes, it's a good watch. However, now that I know a lot more about watches, my advice is buy a Casio G-Shock instead. For a little extra money you get 200 meter water resistance so you can wash it everyday, and of course, extraordinary durability.

First, I'll say this is a nice watch for the price, has a glossy finish and could look or feel somewhat cheap when compared to the picture they show you. And also the actual color of the watch when compared to the picture can look a little watered down, more like a red-orange color. But with the being said, the watch still has a unique appeal and can be complimentary if you have the right wardrobe to match with it. In conclusion, if you're looking for an everyday or every other day watch, this isn't it.

I was on the lookout for a cheap, stylish, versatile watch, and I found exactly that with this.It's light, though heavy enough not to feel cheap. The color is vibrant and continues to pop after much wear and tear.Has all of what I need, timer, day, date, nice light up button. Works underwater. This is everything I wanted in a watch like this and I got it at a wonderful price.This is my favorite watch that I own.

hot red color of this watch is very attractive, i bought it for my nephew, he is 11 and the watch have alarms and stop watch also have light on display, which making it super fit for him, also it is 50 meter water resistant... what else a young boy want

Good product, but overprice considering I've bought here on Amazon for $5 less on 2 previous occasions years back.

Ordered this last year for my son as an upgrade from his starter watch. When viewed online, the color of the watch seems to be fiery red but in reality, its more like a red-orange color. Still, he loves it, and most of the time, he says, he gets compliments for it and people usually mistake it for the more pricey G-shock. Since he got it last year, we already had to change the battery, which is a cinch if you have the right tools. For the price, you can't go wrong with this watch. I might get another one as an upgrade for my daughter one day, if only it comes in a blue or purple color.
