Bed came broken. Ask for a refund spent a week back and forth with promised phonecalls and emails to rectify the issue.Very passive aggressive repsonses via email from the company. Very poor customer service. Said would call. Then didn't. Siad they would organise for a the broken bed to be picked up, didn't happen when they said it would. Bed very flimsy and of poor quality.

Bed arrived with all black marks on it and it’s a light grey bed so it’s clear as day and to make it worse they haven’t given me the headboard for the bed and I’m still waiting on it. The bed it’s self seems like good material for the price and the mattress is nice too , just a shame about the company who make them , they obviously don’t take much pride in their work.

Not exactly great quality mattress is poor quality ordered an firm mattress but it's certainly not its very soft and am sure it does not have the amount of springs as quotedIf I could afford to buy another bed ...I would have this checked by an industry inspector to confirm my suspicion also it took almost 6 weeks to be delivered ....I would seriously not recommend buying this bed..The bed is advertised for sale on the sleep factory site ..but it's supplied by a company called bed busters...after many commi gs and goings via email and telephone calls,the company are replacing the mattress with the memory foam as original order ...and have offered good will gestures..

Ordered this bed for my son. Not the best quality as the drawers are really flimsy but the customer service was fab and I would probably order again from them based on that.

It’s value is good very comfortable down side it doesn’t come with clips to join the base together so it does move a little

I bought this for my daughter. A little higher than expected but its definitely worth the buy. Easy to put together, really comfortable & looks expensive. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this purchase, I ordered a double for the spare bedroom and I must say it was very easy to put together, I 31(F) did it myself and I dont know how to do anything DIY related. The mattress is very cosy, but it is not a hard/firm mattress, which is ideal for me as I like a cosier bed. Only downside, is that it comes with little black wheels rather than the silver footers you see and we have a wooden floor so may move.

I did worry about the quality given some of the reviews but I cant fault the bed, mattress or headboard. Only thing I would say if that the headboard didnt come with any screws to attach the board to the base so had to go to b&q to buy these separately. The other issue was with the courier tuffnells so not the fault of the company. Really comfortable bed and woke up this morning with no back pain, first time in a long long time.
