Best laptop I’ve owned.
I’m not even exaggerating when I say I love everything about this laptop. As soon as I got it all I did was sign into my Google and everything was there. I had recently broke my previous laptop before I entered college and I was so scared that I wouldn’t get a new one in time- so I picked some thing cheap and quick and I am so impressed with how good it is. It’s practically brand new, and I have no problems with it. It runs all the programs I need for school, and the touchscreen comes in handy.

This chromebook is awesome! Although it refuses to play some movies that I rip to the 256 GB micro SD card.. I'll figure that part out. Other than that I'm very happy with this rig!! The touchscreen is a nice feature.It has Bang and Olofssen speakers built in which sound great, however, I use skullcandy crusher heaphones and the sound quality is awesome!D. EaryD. Eary

Poor charger
The Chromebook works fine but the charger that comes with it charges poorly. I did contact customer service and was shipped a new Chromebook and charger but that charger wasn't any better. I am forced to use my work laptop charger to charge my personal Chromebook. I will look into purchasing a new charger on my own, which I shouldn't have to do.

Not working at all
I can’t return it because I’m wheelchair ♿️ and have no car I’m so upset because i brought two the other one cuts on then off this one don’t work at all

Doesnt work
I bought this in April, its now November and it just died! Used it yesterday today it wont even turn on nor take a charge. Sadly i cannot have it replace as i missed Window of opportunity. Very disappointing
