Is the seat (between arms) wider than series 1 or 2

I would say yes as the Amia had the adjustable width standard which is an upgrade required for series 1 and 2 plus the seat is better for a heavier guy like me I’m 6’7” and 300 lbs and the chair keeps me comfortable all day long as I’m an inventory control manager and I spend the majority of the day in front of 2 screens. Hope this helps

I'm 6'4". Is this chair too short for me?

I’m 6’5” and this chair is more than adequate for me. Notably, I’m also 270lbs, and have not managed to blow out the piston either. The same cannot be said for lesser chairs that I’ve owned, regardless of their claimed load bearing capacity.

If I order this with arms, does anyone know if I can easily remove them for my current situation, but re-install them at another point if needed?
