Tankless Water Heater Propane Indoor 150,000 BTU, 5.28 GPM On Demand Hot Water Heater Propane, Instant Hot Water Heater Indoor Installation, Gray, CAMPLUX

This water heater is probably great once it's installed, but I have a couple major complaints:1) The description recommends buying the "customized CP70" vent for "better performance", but as far as I can tell there's no way to install this without it. The standard vent size is 3", and that doesn't fit without some sort of custom adapter, which isn't included. Furthermore, the CP70 vent is NOT available on the Camplux website, and it became "unavailable" on Amazon shortly after my purchase. I'm currently returning this product because it doesn't come with the required parts and after spending hours searching, I've concluded that I can't buy them ANYWHERE right now. That's disappointing. I admit that I didn't call the Camplux customer service line to discuss this (because they aren't open on weekends, despite advertising "24 hour" support in one of these ads), but I'm giving up and I'm buying a smaller heater, also made by Camplux. The funny thing is that all their OTHER tankless heaters come with the appropriately sized custom vent included, which I've only noticed since this whole debacle started. So why is this one different? It's still a custom size that you can't buy anywhere else, so why on earth isn't it included with the purchase? It should be, plain and simple.2) The description doesn't say this anywhere as of the date of this review, but the manual is full of all sorts of warnings telling you NOT to install it in an RV. Well that's exactly what I bought it for, and the manual doesn't tell me why I SHOULDN'T install it in my RV, so I have no way of making an informed decision as to whether or not I'm going to risk it.If you've read this far, I guess I'd say feel free to give this product a shot if it looks like the right fit for you, just MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE VENT THAT GOES WITH IT - IT IS NOT OPTIONAL.

This product was purchased to go in to an RV. Upon installation, the product would not even turn on. We had a plumber come out and tell us the product was defective and arrived broken. We called to have this product replaced however was told by management that it was past the 30 days and that we would be charged a restocking fee, and full price would not be given back, nor would we be able to have another product in return for the same price. BUYER BEWARE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!! I will not be recommending this product to anyone.

Water warms quickly and temperature remains fairly consistent with multiple faucets running at the same time. We initially had problems with the set up. It was us and not the product and tech support helped walk us through the issue.

The heater was installed at 7000 ft contrary to the 2000 ft limit. The high BTU output easily heats 45 degree well water to 120 degrees. Very happy with this purchase.

We got this for our little cabin, it works great!
