I wanted a lower dose vitamin B complex and not a mega dose ones that everyone seems to sell. These are perfect and I don't feel like I'm over dosing myself.

Good quality Vitamin B complex. Most B complex have a dosage that is overkill. Was looking for a lower dosage that does not cause me to be anxious. Will buy again.

B vitams ae typically in too-high amounts in products sold, according to Consumer Lab, a respected group, as of a few years ago. This is a good product in that it has lower amounts than many other brands. That said it gets 3 stars and not more because some of the B's in it still need to go lower; and i t would be great to find something other than m odified food starch to use that is healthier.
