I have tried a variety of different mats and do own multiple, but this mat does stand out to me as the perfect balance.Thickness: I have thin mats that I bought for cheap, which is used as more of a ground covering to use and abuse in any outdoor environment, but they don't provide any level of comfort if you're looking for some cushion. I also have an extremely thick mat which I have for the house - but in no way will I walk through the city to a gym or yoga studio with an extremely huge mat, that would be ridiculous. This mat strikes the perfect balance with just enough thickness to add cushion to your joints when performing a variety of workouts such as the forearm plank, side plank, and high plank. It's also comfortable to stand on for single leg balance and stability routines.Design: I love the design - on the picture I uploaded I zoomed in to include the leaf pattern and I do find it visually appealing. I do hope they come up with additional colors for even more variety as I wouldn't mind this in a shade of green. The alignment lines are a nice touch if you value symmetry with your posture, which I do, as I'm naturally technical and mathematical in thought. And the anti-skid works, I attempted some mountain climbers with the yoga mat on our bamboo floor at home and didn't move one bit.Material: If you're into the green lifestyle as I am, you'll appreciate that this is TPE friendly, which is known to be 100% biodegradable, recyclable, and hypoallergenic.Carrying Strap: I'm surprised this aspect isn't marketed at the top but could be. The carrying strap is dual-purpose. You can attach the loop ends around your feet or legs to perform stretching exercises. Once you attach and pull, the loop cinches tighter, this way you can loop it around your legs or feet without having to worry about it slipping off. It is thick and sturdy as well, unlike your cheap mats with flimsy elastic straps that will break easily if you attempt this.Size and Weight: I can easily carry this comfortably anywhere without any problem.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Plus, my dog loves it too ;)

So...I’ve never had the need for a yoga mat as I would just use a cheap pair of slides to kneel down on during certain workouts. After finding one on sale, I tried it out and it literally made no difference in comfort due to the thinness of the material. I decided to give it another “go” and found this brand. WOW!! The thickness and comfortability of this mat has made such a positive impact on my knees, spine and wrists...my wife has finally decided to join me and now wants one for herself. This item DID come with some fingerprints on it, but nothing that a little soap and water can’t fix. Only time will tell about the longevity of this item, but so far..it wouldn’t stop me from suggesting it to other friends/family.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is my first yoga mat and it's been nice on my knees and ankles for the at-home Zoom workouts. It has enough cushion to it so that any hard impacts are softened. It rolls up nicely but does need to be flattened out if the edges are to remain flat and not flare-up. The line running down the middle is a nice touch since I'm never sure if I'm in full alignment when stretching.

I ordered this mat because the mat that i previously had was starting to fall apart. In all honesty I ordered this mat because it was the most reasonably priced and available at the time. It was in the midst of COVID and a lot of the other mats were out of stock. I actually would've preferred to pay less, but in the end i am happy with the mat overall. The thickness is great- my old mat didn't have any sort of thickness to it and this mat makes it much easier to do my pilates. it also seems to make the mat much more durable- at more so than my old one. The only drawback to the thickness is that the mat still has a curl at the end from being rolled up to ship. I have places heavy weights/ boxes on it to try and keep the end from curling under, but it still does and that is kind of frustrating. when I am not using it I store it hanging in hopes that gravity will work some magic on the end and it will eventually lie flat.

I have severe arthritis all over my body, so I use this for home physical therapy rather than for yoga. My standing exercises include balance work, so I'm happy with the no-skid feature. Because I have tile floors, I also use the mat to keep my pedal exerciser in place.The strap is useful for stretching and storing the mat. No yoga mat will pad my arthritic spine, so I lay blankets over it when I lie down. Overall, I'm quite happy with the product.

This is a great mat to practice yoga. At first, I was a bit reluctant to use it because I thought it was somewhat thick. I was delightfully surprised after I used it the first time. I’ve been practicing yoga for 8 years and to me the most important trait in a mat is that it isn’t slippery. This mat complies 100% with that requirement. Additionally, this mat has printed lines and figures that help you know when you need to align your body while staying in a yoga pose. Doesn’t matter if you’re a proficient or beginner, having more elements to ensure you’re doing a yoga pose correctly it’s so important. Specially during the pandemic because we’ve all been practicing from home and even though we might join live yoga sessions, the adjustments that the instructor can give will still be limited. This mat was designed to provide comfort, guidance, practicality (comes with a strap to carry it), and quality.

Best mat I’ve purchased. Excellent quality, material seems strong and heavy duty while odorless. Mat is thick and very soft making it comfortable and easy to work out/yoga on. It’s non-skid even when it gets wet with sweat, giving a sense of security to work out without hesitation. It comes with a durable carrying strap and also can be used in yoga stretches because of the smart design. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone looking for a yoga/workout mat. Oh and it’s design pattern on the mat is pleasing to the eye.

I bought this mat as the Amazon description states that the TPE it is 8mm deep, a bit deeper than standard which was very appealing for a bit of extra cushioning. However, on arrival the label on the mat clearly states that it is only 6mm deep i.e. same as standard TPE mats that can be bought at a lower price. I therefore returned for an immediate refund, and felt rather misled by the incorrect advertising. It did look a good quality mat though, just not what is described.

This mat is great if you're only using it for exercise. It's has excellent grip against the floor (both wood or carpet) and doesn't move about. However if you're using it for yoga it is absolutely USELESS! Every time I'd do downward dog my hands would slip all over the place. It was infuriating I could no longer do yoga on it as it would take me out of the mindset and I couldn't concentrate on the practice. I tried flipping it over and using the other side but it was no different. It ruined yoga for me so I had to use a different mat for yoga. If you're using for yoga don't buy this mat you will struggle to hold positions. If you're just exercising and doing HIIT sessions it's good. It's a decent thickness too which is better on the knees. But it does scuff really easy mine is constantly getting marked and you can't wipe them off. Mixed feelings about it overall

Got asked to review the yoga mat for this company having bought something else from them.I’d been after one for some time but prices shot up after lockdown and I decided to wait a while and manage..Have had the mat now for 2 days and used for yoga and keep fit and I am absolutely delighted with the product. It is a fab 8mm thick making it ultra comfy for both forms of exercise. It feels lovely with 2 different finishes on either side. Love the central markings on the smoother side, ideal for placement of feet and hands for yoga. The grey colour is fashionable and it wipes down very easily.All in all I am thrilled with this mat, feel much more professional now on those lockdown Zoom yoga and keep-fit sessions!

Bought this for my daughter, and she is very very happy.The mat looks good quality, nice and thick, stylish, as much as it can be. Nice colour, nice pattern to keep grip, nicely rounded corners, all small but make the mat good.In use it is pretty thick, but nt too soft, great for all sorts of workouts, and hopefully won't disintegrate like the last cheap one.If you take anything away from this, don't buy a really cheap one.

After researching the he’ll out of every yoga mat in a certain price bracket, I settled on this one due to the extra thickness. I suffer from knee issues and have found in the past with other mats which are thinner that I have had to place a towel under them.The mat came well packaged, and with a handy material strap which is also handy for using during your practice as well as storage. The mat rolls out well. As it’s quite thick I found that the edges to start with at both ends took longer to flatten out, but this was not much of an issue. Also no nasty plastic smell which I know others can have.The mat is grippy and have had no issue with slipping yet even when quite sweaty.The only one issue I have, which is why giving 4 stars not 5 is that it marks quite easily. Even after wiping there is a slight darker spot where my forehead has been and some sweat marks. I have not yet given it a full wash so these my come out When I do.All in all I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a thicker mat.
