Ankle brace
Used after foot surgery. Gave good support. Works well.

Great price, fast
I got large do to the price, even though I’m right at Med/Large and the listing suggested going a size lower when borderline. Definitely would fit better as medium, so follow the advice.

Wear two all the time. Love it.
Feels like the kind of support a good pair of work boots would give you, but you can wear any other shoe with it. I have issues with arch support and these helped me a great deal. I wear a size 14 shoe and they fit fantastic.

The best compression sleeve I've found so far
I bought this ankle brace after a minor ankle sprain, and I've since worn it on plane rides and long car rides to prevent swelling and water retention. It works great and is comfortable! It provides the perfect amount of compression and support and looks sleek. The two straps give it more support than just a compression sleeve but it's still quick and easy to put on. I can wear it with pretty much any shoes, and unlike a lot of lace up braces it doesn't make them too bulky.

Single fatal flaw
5 star if onlyWhen I opened this up I thought I'd finally found what I was looking for and maybe even a bonus. It is nearly identical to an ankle brace that I've been trying to replace for 2 years that is now 11 years old. We'll, I have 4 of them and the injury is now to the opposite ankle. It appears there's even some additional stabilization around the ankle.Unfortunately, the elastic that runs essentially around the heel is not only sewn into both the font and back seems, but has an approx 1.5"x1" piece of Velcro on each side to keep it secure on the sides. That Velcro is unnecessary. That Velcro if was turned the other way would be fine. However the grab side of the Velcro haces the foot and it simply grabs the mesh material and consequently your foot.If you can tolerate the grad side of the Velcro against your skin this is for you. It's the way to go. Best option I've found after having ordered 2 dozen or more varieties anywhere from $5-$35 and this one at this time was less than $5.Grabbing Velcro against my skin however means I didn't even attempt to secure the straps. Just the piece around the foot is enough pressure that 15 minutes later I can feel the sensation on my foot. Ugb

Good but not great support
I bought these as a replacement for a pair of Stromgren ankle braces that were identical in design, but had been used and stretched to the limits.I have found those to be the absolute best product on the market for someone who suffers from weak ankle ligaments/tendinitis (from spraigning my ankles so many times). They provide enough support on the soccer field (have also used them for softball, etc.) that I'm much less likely to roll my ankle (does still happen from time to time), while allowing for enough lateral flexibility to actually play without looking like a robot.Unfortunately, Amazon did not carry that same product when I searched for it. They did have several similar products by competitors, like this one. These are not quite as supportive as my other pair. The material is less thick, less stiff, and more stretchy. On one hand, that's a good thing. Bit less bulky in the soccer boot means they are a bit more comfortable. On the other hand, it seems to offer a bit less support and I find myself stretching the "wraps" around the ankles so far (in order to provide more support) that they stick to the fabric. When I take them off, the fabric is already starting to get roughed up. Given the price was more expensive, I had high hopes they would perform just as well, if not better, than my other. Time will tell.In the meantime, I will say that I haven't rolled my ankle while wearing these and they do provide good lateral flexibility. Hope they last!
