Best blades for the money. I do a lot of metal cutting, there are no advantages whatsoever to buying expensive blades. I’m cutting exhaust pipes and other automobile related metals, metal pipes, copper. Blades break and bend and wear out. Don’t waste money. Irwin is the way to go. I put these things through the toughest tests you can possibly imagine.

I purchased some just like these but with 24TPI and they were excellent. I'm still doing some metal roofing and went with these because they were eight bucks and change with free shipping and they're just as good as the others.If you have a good reciprocating saw you can't go wrong with these. I cut a lot of heavy gauge sheet metal panels on a single blade. The only way to get a lot of life is to hold the work steady so you can use different spots on the blade as the area nearest the shank will wear out first. I use a lot of blades and cut a lot of things and though I normally use Dewalt blades these are equal to those in the task though I see the price is now a little more. Using a 7.25" circular blade worked but it takes out too much metal, the blades are expensive, the cutting edge wears fast and it's downright dangerous with all that metal flying around. These are well worth the money, you get a smooth cut so not fingers get sliced when installing the panels and you can control what you're doing with ease... but if the price is over ten bucks I'd be looking at some others.

I bought these as a DIY'er that works on a lot of random stuff around the house. I specifically needed some 8 inch blades to cut through nails, caulking, ect. I was cutting out all the old window sills in my house because I am casing all the windows and needed to install better window sills. My other blades were 6 inches and not quite long enough.Having said that these blades did a great job. They cut right through everything and made getting the sills out so much easier. I'm still on the first blade by the way. I've used it on a few other random things around the house and haven't had a complaint yet.The price is also rather cheap so I think these are a great value for someone like me.

I use these for my business. We go through allot of blades cutting steel. I was using a very high priced brand that performed very good however finding guys that can properly utilize the blade to its full potential has proven difficult. I was paying about $5.75 per blade for the other brand. I informed my crews that since the more experienced employees are not training the new employees on the basics, they will no longer be provided with the high end blades. I offered them several in this price range to test. This blade came in as one of the top two, not far off from the $5.75 blade. A great purchase!

Junk blades. They are only good for cutting exhaust tubing. Anything thicker and the teeth will wear flat.

Thanks to the Amazon Bot these were a great add-on deal. I have used two of the five and found them to work perfectly cutting car exhaust pipes. They stay sharp and the teeth don't get immediately filed off like other bargain brands. They cut pretty straight and the blade doesn't wander. I do like the fact that they will bend when you accidentally bind the tip. Other blades I have used are brittle and would snap if this happened. They seem to last appropriately for blades in this price range. For about a buck a blade I would order them again!

Update 7/6/2014. I picked up another pack of these in march 2014 for about 6 bucks on Subscribe & Save and that's a great price. Paying 11 bucks was way too much but these are great blades but, since they're so short, not great for all uses. I've been cutting some more heavy gauge metal roofing and they're perfect for that purpose.I purchased these for about $11 in July of last year and I also purchased the Oshlun SBF-072536  Oshlun SBF-072536 7-1/4-Inch 36 Tooth TCG Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch Arbor (Diamond Knockout) for Mild Steel and Ferrous Metals . I was installing a lot of used heavy gauge metal roof panels on a shed & dormer and wasn't sure which would be best. In short... it was the Irwin blades.If you have a good reciprocating saw you can't go wrong with these. I cut a lot of panels on a single blade. best metal cutting blades I have come across yet...very durable...can reuse many times...resist bending and jamming very well....great value

The add clearly stated that it was a 50 count of blades and I received 1 blade. 120.99 dollars for 1 blade and it wasn't even gold plated. I am highly disappointed with this as I was in need of these blades for my business.
