Best bang for the buck and only needs 1 modification to be great
The media could not be loaded. I looked at all the compact high-back chairs on Amazon and this one wins for bang for the buck. Watch my video. You get a high back chair with updated all-aluminum frame on the chair itself, with no plastic joint connectors to break. You also get a foot stand which you can choose to leave at home if you want to maximize weight\space. The head rest is padded better than other models. It has a side pocket. Cutting 1 inch from the uprights makes this chair much more comfortable. Some of you may not be up to that task, but it really is easy. I had my wife test the stock chair and the my modded one (I didn't tell her which was which) and she chose the modded one. She's only 105 lbs. Now, I also have a pair of Klymit chairs. My wife prefers the Kymit and I prefer my modded Eatcamp. In the Klymit, my knees are too bent and when I lean back against the head rest, which is sparse, I feel like I'm leaning back too far. With the Eatcamp, my legs are at a nice near-90 degree angle and when I lean back against the better-padded head rest, it feels more comfortable. The Klymit is a little wider and has better ventilation.

Eat spinach before assembly
I laughed at the people who said these were tricky to put together the first time. I’m a reasonably strong girl who assumed old, frail people were leaving the reviews. Turns out, I am also weak. This was a bear the first time but gets easier. I recommend putting it together and leaving it up overnight to stretch it out a bit. Once you figure out how to assemble the thing, it really is the best chair ever. It fits anywhere and is super comfortable.

Better for shorter people
Overall very lightweight and compact.Legs a bit short if 6 foot or taller.Surprisingly difficult to fit linked pieces together - but I hope it will get easier with repeated use. Wondering if a little silicone spray on joints will work.

Liked the chair but didn't last
I bought the chair for my son to camp with since he is smaller and I knew size wouldn't be an issue. He only used it twice in the 2months we had it before the aluminium connector snapped. Was hoping to get a replacement piece from manufacturer because he really loved the chair but like most Amazon companies it seems they have moved on. Not worth the money for just two uses.

Takes practice to setup and take apart quickly
I got it as a Father's day gift for my dad since he goes fishing and figured it would be easy to setup and carry. It is easy to setup however it does take time to take it apart once you put it away since you have to pull out each metal tube out of the slot. You also have to the remove the net you can't leave it attached to the tubes. I figure it takes practice so it becomes quicker to setup and pull apart.

Great seat and value
I bought the seat to use on a motorcycle camping trip. It's a comfy seat and easy to pack with the case. When I got home, I ordered another one for my girlfriend so we can use them for the concerts in the park.

Decent budget chair
This is ok for for car camping but too heavy for backpacking. I will keep this in the trunk for those times when you need a chair but it doesn’t feel very sturdy. I’m no where near the weight limit and I’m still very careful when I sit in it.

Do not buy if you don’t like assembling things
I pulled this out of the box & it reminded me of the nightmare doll head with legs from Toy Story. It is NOT easy to asset. It’s worse than a fitted sheet!
