I only received the sound effects banner in my order, didn’t receive the happy birthday banner. Very disappointed.

Super frustrating assembly!
Very pretty but my goodness, what a pain to put together. Took me forever!! So glad I opened it a few days before his birthday. Spend the extra money and buy one already done.
