So good, I wish they made a bigger bottle of this. It’s great in ramen and as marinade for steak,chicken,fish. It’s a must have in my house.

This is the stuff you get a high end ramen Places. TIP: a little goes a LOOOOONG Way Just a few drops in your soups and ramen dishes will give them that professional flavor. Store in the refrigerator after opening and shake well before using. ENJOY!

I bought this expecting big umami flavor..I'd say it delivered but I wasn't blown away. I used this to marinate steaks along with other seasonings and steaks tasted very good.

I bought, thinking it was an oil I can add to my ramen. The flavor is not strong enough for that purpose. It’s not bad as a dipping sauce.

I've ordered this twice now and recommend it for any food that you would normally use soy sauce to season. I use it with coconut aminos for my stirfry and with natto in place of the little packets of sauce that come with the natto. Give it a try!

I just finished my first bottle based on the reviews here. I AM HOOKED and can't imagine not having it around. Here's a tip - steam broccoli, liberally douse and then top with everything bagel seasoning. The easiest, most delish way to eat healthy.
