Put an arctic freezer 13 into an HP mid tower case with i7 3770, better HP PS, 430 watt, and added 16 gigs of better ram, its a tight case, freezer fit great with little room but needed screws since the mobo had built in threaded nuts. Best to get one same size that uses screws, back plate is bonded on to stock mobo. Every detail in a small case helps, fan aimed at one case fan. XIG IS ALWAYS IN THE TOP FIVE TESTED. I have used Ceramique, silver, etc. This was spread carefully after cleaning with arctic two step cleaning solution, and burnishing in a bit of grease with coffee filter material. A thin spread. Temps are down from 80c or a bit more under 100% load, in a 78 degree room, to 76 average under full core stress in Heavy load as measured by core temp. I think its good grease, can I be sure its better than others, no. I go by the tests. Cooler is huge, fan runs quieter. All good so far.
