Great Fit
I got this to work with my Vivint smart home system. The design is much nicer than the option Vivint has to offer. I've had it for almost a year now and I've never had any issues with it. It's always responsive at the keypad and on my Vivint app. The handle and lock combo truly made it a keyless entry so we don't accidentally lock the doorknob. The door knob inside feels smooth and modern as if I had a fancy door but it really is just a nicely designed unit.I had one little issue programming it but it was due to the fact that I got the used/open box option. I just had to reset it from the previous users programming. After I figured out how to reset it, it learned into my system right away.I've actually referred this lock to some of my peers that have Vivint and they love it

Broken and missing parts
I have Yale touchpad locks in my current house and love them, so naturally, I wanted to put them in the new house I just bought. The post that goes through the door at the bottom of the handle was broken off so I can't be installed -- after the locksmith drilled a hole in the door. Ugh!I stll have the hole, but nothing to go through it to hold the little thing that makes it look nice. Also, when I try to activate this lock, it asks for the QR code BUT THERE ISN'T ONE!!!I tried manually typing in the serial number -- I used every number I can find, but none work making this lock useless to me.I emailed Yale right away and got a response that they'd get back to me within 24 hours.I've emailed them twice more, and nothing. I am so disappointed.Way to alienate a loyal customer.

Cons
I bought tHis thinking I would use with my ring app you can use it only if you have the base station ring box. I also bought this so I can unlock from my phone. I can not Bcz I can’t figure out which app to download and it didn’t give me a QR code to scan. The one it provided didn’t work
