I didn’t read the description well but expected this to be 3 different tags. It’s one tag (each) that’s foldable to change to red green or yellow! Very handy!!

very innovative and efficient

We began using these with our training and scaffolding program. We have our competent person do an in house inspection sheet and also sign initial and date the card with appropriate color and we place these in a clear sleeve and hang these on egress side of the scaffolding.
