The media could not be loaded.  I researched extensively to buy a Dual Arm Monitor Stand, as i needed to setup my home office due to the current lockdown scenario.I found EleTab Dual Monitor Stand amongst other manufacturers offering similar product on Amazon.I was impressed by the design and features EleTab offered at a very competitive price compared to similar products from other manufacturers.I have 2 HP 27fw monitors, the challenge was to mount the HP monitors on these EleTab Arm, as the HP monitors do not come with VESA Mount. HP monitors comes with their proprietary mounting adapters.I contacted EleTab via chat, they recommended that the Model ELTGM10-2B meets my requirement, provided i use a 3rd party adapter. I appreciate the customer service quality and response speed. I was very pleased to have a quick solution and decided to order the product from Amazon.The package arrived in very good packed condition. Clear instructions for the setup was provided, which made the setup process easy and i got the product setup in less than 30 minutes. All the necessary tools were supplied along with the product, so no extra tools or gears are required. 5 Starts or that.I was amazed by the product quality for the price i paid. The Finish was impeccable with all smooth finish and the parts would fit without any effort. The quality of the painting was exceptional. The product feels and looks very high quality and sturdy. I give 5 starts for the product quality and design.I used the 3rd party adapter to mount my 2 HP monitors and it fitted very well at the first attempt, so i would highly recommend this EleTab Model ELTGM10-2B Monitor Arm Stand for all the HP monitor users out there.This product worked like a charm when operated. The movements were extremely smooth and precise positioning was possible. You can see from my pictures how nicely and precisely booth the monitors would align. The Liner Height and Depth Adjustment is top class as well as the angular tilt and rotation adjustment.The monitor would not tilt forward or droop down and stayed at set position, which is very important and this shows the good build quality and thoughtful design. i could move my monitor to any desired position with one hand, this shows the ease of use. 5 Stars for Ease of Operation and working.The most important part is my desk is flush to the wall and I did not want to pull the desk forward, due to the nature to Dual Arm monitor arm's extension beyond the desk. The EleTab Model ELTGM10-2B had the least protrusion behind the desk compared to any other models (you can see the pictures attached) . This product met all my requirements exceptionally wellNeat cable management is possible. i could easily open and close the covers of the cable management channel. After installing this product it cleared up 40% of my desk space and i could work comfortably.My recommendation to manufacturer is different colour variants can be made available.I am very happy with the purchase of this product, works as advertised and i would highly recommend it to all the prospective buyers out there shopping for a very good quality and well priced Dual Arm Monitor Stand.

I bought this item on July 20th. I received it about 2 weeks later (first week of August). On September 13th one of the arms collapsed. The return & refund policy is only good for 30 days from the time of purchase, which means that I had about 2 weeks to determine whether or not the arm would support my Dell monitor, which is under 13 lbs., substantially less than the 19.8 lb. maximum weight limit that they give in their description. If you are going to buy anything from this company be sure you understand the time constraints. If you wait a few days before you take it out of the box and there are any problems you are on your own.

Terrible product. I watched a review online of this product and it claimed it could support 32-in screens with a weight up to 19.8 lb each. I ordered this product and when I received it I assembled it and mounted my 32-in LED screens and immediately one of the arms swung off balance because it could not support the weight and scratched one of the screens as shown in the image I have posted. The set screws that are meant to tighten the arms to prevent this from happening we're tightened completely all the way they have now bent and are cross-threaded in the arms themselves. I did not cross thread these they came pre-installed in the arms when I took it out of the package so there was no way for me to have crossed the thread of these and they tightened just fine as I assembled it for the instructions that were provided with the monitor arms. I am returning this and pursuit of a full refund and I wish I had recourse for my now damaged very expensive monitor that is less than a year old. Shame on you Eletab. This product is trash. Shame on you.

This is a sleek and well designed dual monitor mount. The arms are made of metal, and are narrower than arms from other monitor mounts I've used in the past, but still strong enough to support a dual 27" monitor configuration without sagging.I did experience one issue at first. I mounted a 27" monitor with a weight of 12.8 lbs, but even after tightening the bolt for the tilt adjustment as far as possible, to the point where the hex head was starting to strip, the monitor would start to tilt down after a few minutes. I reached out to the company's support line and was quickly sent a replacement. After installing the replacement and remounting my monitors, the issue appears to be resolved and I am not seeing any more droop. It is always good to see companies that stand by their product and are willing to take the extra step to make sure things are working as they should.

Gas spring is strong enough to support 32 and 27" monitors, however up-down tilting adjustment will not keep the monitor upright. Joint is made of a combination of plastic and metal and it seems there's not enough friction between two materials to lock the position in place. Another issue I found is that it's hard to lock the monitor in place if you still want to move them around from time to time.Overall I think this would be a 5 star monitor stand if it was advertised for 8lbs monitors max.

I really wanted these to work since they are half the price of the other dual arm setup I was looking at.Long story short, the arm itself was able to hold the monitor up. The weak part is the henge that is at the top of the arm. You can't tighten it enough to keep the monitor from folding downward. Even if you superman it just enough to hold it, the second a fart whiffs past, it falls again.Like I saw some other reviews point out. If you have a standard 24 - 27-inch monitor(s), this will probably work, but make sure you stress test it before the return window runs out.I am giving it one star because it fell on me in a meeting when I was presenting, for the most part, this was just bad timing, but I spent a lot of time fighting with this stupid thing.If you're looking for something that is set it and forget it. This is not it.
