Just as described and pictured. I am always leery of being the first to purchase, without review. However, these are fantastic. Each is it's own unique shape and the size is relatively consistent. There are some that are a bit bigger and smaller, and of course, as in nature, the shape of the points in the geode will vary, but ultimately I'm very pleased. Considering buying more before they run out!

Edit: they raised the price once my review was published :/These are beeeautiful! They're the perfect size for making jewelry and I love that they're already drilled. They're even more purple than the pictures. I washed them to make sure they weren't dyed and tried to scratch them with a steel knife to test if they were glass and they passed both tests. The hole will fit any wire smaller than 18 gauge. They shipped immediately and took less than 2 weeks to arrive. I'm very pleased and plan to buy more.
