WORTH THE MONEY!
My husband and I just moved into a beautiful new apartment. Only problem is there is no washer/dryer hook-up. The laundry facilities are nice, but I can’t get myself to roll my dirty laundry through my complex, grab quarters from the Bank, lug my detergent, all while running back and forth to move my clothes into the dryer, and wait to repeat the process for another load. After doing my research I decided to get the Della Mini after watching videos, ciphering through reviews, and comparing prices etc.Pros:Price $120 bucks! Worth it.Size (comparable to a large hamper/fits perfect in the master bathroom)Quality: it gets the job done! Clothes are clean in minutes.Spin dry: clothes come out practically dry. I rarely need to put it on longer than 2 minutes. Now the cons...Cons:- the hose is short and does not fit American nozzles. Do yourself a favor and just fill a bucket of warm/cold water. It’s faster.- the cord is short. Depending on your set-up you may need an extension cord.- Spin dry: do NOT overstuff! It will shake and go off balance. You will have to take longer drying clothes.Drain: hose may need to be lowered to have drain function kick in. Or, I’ll just lift the machine (it’s light) up a bit to activate the drain.Care: dry out the tub and remove all moisture. My tub arrived with a yellowish mold inside. Although I paid for a new one! At first I was furious, but after seeing that it functioned fine I decided to avoid the hassle of returning. Be sure to dry out excess water with a towel or rag.Overall this thing has been a lifesaver! I will update this post in several months. Good luck 😊

Works good and is quick!
The clothes get clean and ready to hang in less than 30 minutes.First time users; to get the drain pump to work turn to "drain" then back to "normal" a few times in order to let the pump get primed.Remove the clothes to the spin side before you turn the "drain" on.Yes I run water into the spin side while it's spinning to rinse the clothes. Turn off the rinse water and let it spin. Done.UPDATE: 11/27/2016; purchased in July 2016, used once per week for one or two loads. Drain pump quit and it does not drain withouta functioning drain pump. The pump acts as a drain valve so if it doesn't run it doesn't drain. No it doesn't just drain by laying down the drain pipe, not enough to utilize the spin dryer either. Had to take it outside and tip it over to drain it.UPDATE 11/29/2016: Took the unit apart to see what was wrong, the little drain pump is just a small impeller which does not impede the flowon or off. In my further search I saw a black object down under the spin tub. What would something black be doing down in there? It was hard to get to but I got hold of it and pulled and pulled, voila!, it was a black sock stuck way into the drain hole. No wonder it would not drain at all!So if this unit ever does not drain, look into the spin tub, push it aside and look to see if the drain hole is plugged. It is easy to let something slip down between the gap at the top of the spin tub.Update May 13, 2019: Still working good, has been used weekly! Tip; when finished and ready to be moved I set it up on the sink in order to completely drain the water. The drain hose can be lowered so ALL the water comes out. It is lighter to carry and since there is almost no water remaining it doesn't have a chance to get rancid.

Used, NOT new, but was replaced.
It was pretty clear from how the box had been taped that something was wrong, but verification was when I looked inside and saw it was dirty, with brown spots all over the inside of the machine. And it was delivered upside-down, which probably isn’t a good idea, Extremely disappointed.March 3, 2018 Update: Although I did alter my review to 5 stars due to Hector, a proactive Customer Support person, it didn’t seem to go through. Hector asked me to alter my Seller Review, which I was willing to do as he seemed concerned and promised a new machine. He insisted upon giving me a discount when I said I would alter my Seller Review, which he did, but not in the amount he said he would do. Since I didn’t want the discount anyway, I guess that’s okay.I did receive another machine and have now used it, so here is why it gets 3 stars: The spin dry is better than my Maytag Neptune, so I’m very impressed. I wouldn’t waste the money on the drain pump as it still requires gravity, as I discovered when I thought it was done, lowered the hose, and ended up with a flood all over the floor. That necessitated washing a towel and cotton bath mat as they were closest. I think it requires more than 2 pieces as it kept locking up and I had to continually redistribute the two pieces in order for it to wash. As a suggestion, move the clothes to the spin dry before draining as much as it will, and don’t expect all the water to drain from the tub, as it won’t, and add a little more water before running the drain again so it’ll work a little better. It actually leaves a surprising amount of water in the machine. So, 5 stars for the spin dry, 5 for how well it actually does wash, no stars for the pump, 3, not 5 stars to the rep because he didn’t do what he insisted upon doing, and -5 points to the company as they feel they must buy positive Seller Reviews with a bride under the guise of, I need your help. I’m compromising at 3 because it washes quite well and spins beautifully.
