These have arrived and are beautiful, but 1 candle (the biggest) doesn't respond to the remote. Is there a way to re-set it?

I’ve got one that doesn’t work with the timer. No matter what I try to do..it just won’t turn itself off like the other four. Have to use the remote to turn it on and off every time. It is quite annoying. Otherwise I really like them.

There is no cover where the batteries go is this right?
