I purchased this a few months ago, along with a alpha tig, I watched the ups driver roll it out of the truck and was not happy about that,box was pretty much mangled and I took cover off the plasma cutter right away and put air pressure on it and a couple of the quick connect fittings were loose and I reset them and it works real good and very happy,I super highly recommend ordering this from anyone that can ship it fedex, the extra cost will be well worth it if your not into repairing equipment.consumables are becoming more available on flea bay and are coming down in price.I also had issue with the insulation on the wire connector interfering with the torch where it connects to machine, I just cut it away with utility knife.overall very impressive machine with pretty much the same warantee you will see on the expensive machines.

First off it didn’t work had to re pair air line. Used once and put away a year went to use and again has a short in the hose had to wiggle to work. Used off and on 1/2 hour then it quit working. Wished I’d bought a red or blue one. An update cost over $100.00 to send back for repair after they had me do several diagnostics. They then told me it was my torch which was only covered 6 months. And had to pay to get back and they would not repair. Horrible company. I have extended warranty and they couldn’t believe the company wouldn’t repair. When I get things working I’m trading off. Buyer be ware

Great cutter for the price. The consumables are a little hard to find. But over all, it cuts 1/8, 3/16, 3/8 and 1/2 mild steel plate like butter. I had to use it on 110v to cut some 1/8 stainless steel and it preformed wonderfully.

Waited till I had used the Alphacut 60 multiple times to write a review.Used this on 220 volts on 3/8" plate 7 foot long.Cut through the steel like butter.Gonna post pictures of the piece I cut.This was free hand without a straight edge to follow.Have used plasmas that cost five times what this little beauty does and would challenge any one to get a smoother cut than pictured below.Also have the Alpha tig.Just as good.I am not a paid reviewer but I just started a new welding business and every dollar counts.In regards to the Alpha Cut I would say I got more than my money's worth!!!!

Received it today hooked it up and cut some stuff up did a smaller art project with the wife worked great she loved it as well although it seems simple enough would have liked to see just a little setup info in the owner manual so far seems like a great little machineI watched a lot of reviews and did a lot of online research for the money this is the best deal going even over that red one that’s 250.00 cheaper

Top notch company. They try out every machine before sending out. Worth every penny. Love the pilot arc. Miller Xtreme 625 killer.Works on Euro 240 volts without problems, but you need to wire it up as a 110v rig; Black is Live, white is Neutral and green is earth. Don't use the 220v US plug because it will contain 2 live 110v wires.

Luckily this item still works after 3 weeks of use. AHP clearly is the worsted customer support I have encounteed. Will see if the 3 year warranty is honored or not. NOT RECOMMENDED!Update 12 June 2018It has yet to have a failure aside from not very functional on 110v input.. 1/8 inch tripped 20a breaker. Unit has around two hours cutting time to date. 3/8 plate "50" amps on dial and 90psi takes perhaps 15 seconds to make a 24 inch cut.

This machine performs well and has exceeded my expectations. Just like it states in the description it has no problem cutting painted surfaces and it cut through 1/4" material with ease. For me it was worth every penny.
