They have cheapened the product.
I bought this product 3 years ago. I lost weight so ordered a new smaller size. When it arrived it was a bit disappointing. I loved the last one. This one was about 2mm thinner and the leather was way less pliable. Felt cheaper. I have no idea why corporations of this size Nickle & Dime on products. What they saved must be peanuts. Put their reputation at risk. Sad really.
