This sub installed easy, and sounded great ..... For about 6 hours total use. I used it in a show car that was only driven a few times with the woofer installed. It just stopped working and after trying to contact Pioneer, they finally replied months later and denied the 1 year warranty. They claimed the speaker was purchased from an unauthorized seller, even though I purchased it brand new on Amazon. There are plenty of better audio companies to buy from instead of Pioneer. Horrible quality speakers and even worse customer service.

So I’m actually changing my review. At first I really loved it. And overall it’s a half decent unit. However, it has very poor range, and at volume, even lower volume it seriously lacks on the lower end bass. I even tried using the crossover settings I have on my head unit, and blocked out any mid range, and kept it around 30-64hz and it just does not perform those ranges very well at all. It performs pretty well if you’re listening to rock, metal, country, or any other music involving real drum kit sounds, and bass. But if you listen to anything electronic, rap, dance, you get the idea. It severely lacks.If I were to continue using this I would have to use a band pass and have it run strictly mid range. But the speakers I have installed carry the job just fine. So this thing is no use to me, and I’m going back to the “cheap” under seat sub I was running.Don’t get me wrong. This woofer has its place. And it definitely can add some dimension to your soundscape. But if you’re really looking for that equally balanced low end (don’t even bother if you’re a bass head) you’ll have to look into other units, or just got with a sub and amp set up. I’d say maybe run two of these and you’d get a good sound output, but like I said before. The low end severely lacks.

Muy buena opción para complementar el audio de tu auto, en mi caso puse 2 y suficiente para mi, alcanzan muy buen volumen sin distorsionar la música. en mi caso el estéreo del auto ya trae su ecualizador.

È un prodotto ben studiato utile a chi vuole in auto un bel sostegno ai bassi con ingombri molto ridotti. Molto pratico, essendo già amplificato, basta collegare i cavi Rca e alimentazione, massa e remote e funziona bene. Non si può pretendere che regga iper bassi perché con quelle dimensioni non può farcela ma comunque per quello che costa e per gli spazi occupati è più che valido. Sotto il sedile anteriore sta senza problemi.

Lo he comprado junto con 4 altavoces de medios y dos de agudos con la intención de tener buena calidad de sonido en mi furgo, en la que paso muchas horas. Lo tengo montado debajo del asiento de copiloto, me parece increíble los bajos que es capaz de dar ocupando tan poco espacio y de forma tan discreta.La instalación es sencilla; positivo, negativo, memoria y RCA. Además trae la instalación hecha con fusible incorporado, solo he tenido que poner el RCA, no he tenido que añadir más cable.Si se quiere mayor volumen y potencia tal vez lo recomendable sea montar dos, a mí con uno en el interior de la cabina me es más que suficiente.Parece mentira que una marca de alta gama y fiabilidad como Pioneer ofrezca este producto a precio asequible. Lo mejor que he visto en calidad-precio.
