I regret buying this chair. I bought this because I started a new work from home job and needed something that would provide good support for sitting 8 hours a day. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. When I got this, it took me about an hour to get it all assembled. The screws for the arms were not easy to put in at all because of the way the arms are shaped and the wheels didn’t go in easy so I thought I was doing something wrong. The instructions were so vague and hard to read. Once I got it assembled, I sat down in it and it’s unbelievably uncomfortable. The arm rest are too short so it doesn’t help you with your posture and the seat feels like I’m sitting on the floor. After 2 weeks one of the wheels caused the leg to crack and now the wheel will not stay in the hole. This caused me to fall out of my chair during a zoom call for work. I’m so upset I wasted my money on this. I requested a replacement but it won’t get here for another week and I need this thing ASAP. I wish I could just toss this thing and get a refund and go buy a chair in the store but they’re making me return it or they’ll charge me for both. Don’t waste your time or money on this thing.

The seat of this chair tips down no matter what you try or how much you try to adjust the ONE area that you have to adjust it. Therefore you hips and back are out of alignment and it KILLS you if you try to sit and work at your desk. The back is not adjustable at all. Don’t buy this chair. Spend more and buy one that won’t make you limp at the end of the day.Update:Received this so that I would change my review (which I will not do):Dear customer,Since we sell on Amazon and you purchased a black office chair from our store. Love this chair! I like to sit straight, and most of the office chairs out there don't follow the natural spine curvature. I picked this one specifically because of the open space on the bottom of the back rest & properly arched back. Yes, I'm curvy. The other office chair I had forced my back into a "C" shape & I had to sit half-out of it as well. Seriously, if you don't need both a belt and suspenders to keep your pants up, you'll like this chair. Some people mentioned that the seat is not wide enough, but I found it perfectly acceptable and I'm not tiny. If you fit below the weight rating, you should be ok.The mesh and fabric materials also make it airy and comfortable to be in for hours at the time. The plastic parts looked a little sub par, but when everything was put together, it turned out surprisingly solid. Five wheels make it extra sturdy and easy to roll around.Warning: Definitely follow the order of assembly or you'll be sorry. I didn't, and had to pull it apart to be able to get that last screw in (back/seat attachment).

I ordered couple of chairs for my newly made home office. While assembling the chairs, one of the leg got broken immediately. See the attached image. I have contacted the customer service email which was there at the package, but they said it was sold by amazon so they can't support.Slowly within few days ( 4-5 days), that cracked portion completely separated out leaving a big whole where the wheel can not fit anymore. At this point the chair was unusable.I had to contact amazon customer service and they were kind enough to order two replacements for my purchase again. It was very difficult to dis-mantle everything and putting in a box for return. However I did it and got the replacement.If you don't mind spending some more bucks, buy some heavy stuffs, I would not recommend a product where you might fall accidentally and get hurt. I would have put 1 star but given 2 because of customer service from amazon. They were fantastic.

The chair is very sturdy and comfortable I sit in it 10 hours a day as I work from home. However the holes in the arms to put the screws in weren’t sized right on one side. So I couldn’t fully assemble it. I took it apart and tried again and again following the instructions word for word, but they just didn’t make it with the right spacing. The left arm gets attached fine but the right arm can only take 1 of the 2 screws needed for the bottom. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I don’t know if this is a common problem but it was a issue for me.

I was looking for a small office chair and I am so happy with this purchase. Assembly was a breeze. I had a hard time with the wheels but I figured if you push it at an angle, it snaps easily. I've read reviews where they struggle with this step and I totally agree. There is a technique to it. The size is perfect and fits my small table when I slide it in. Support is great although it doesn't lock when you recline. Material is sturdy although the cushion is not that thick but still very comfortable. The arm rests are a little low but that doesn't really matter since I type with my arms resting on the desk. The breathable back mesh is amazing. I wish I had bought this months ago when I started working from home.

Updated review. After 3 months of use, this chair will no longer stay in the highest position. It slowly sinks down. I like the high setting because it is difficult for me to stand up when seated with my hips lower than my knees, which is where I end up in this chair. I wish I had just spent a little more on a better chair.This was by far the easiest chair I've put together and I've assembled quite a few. I bought this to replace the "pogo stick" chair I was using as a home office chair. It was a $25, no arms, no cushion chair my husband said felt like a pogo stick when he used it. This one is definitely more comfortable with a larger seat and a bigger back. It does not tilt back but I don't like to tilt back so that's not a problem for me. It arrived 2 days before Amazon said it would arrive. They only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars are the arms. They are about 2 inches too low. You really can't rest your arms on them at all without leaning to the side.

The screws for the arms are impossible to put in. About to throw this chair away!
