I really like this gum as a healthier option... it's sugar-free, aspartame-free, and sweetened with xylitol, which is known to help support dental health. The peppermint flavor is fresh and long-lasting without being overpowering, and the texture holds up well without getting too hard or crumbly. It's also a big plus that it's vegan and gluten-free. The 100-count container is super convenient to keep in the car or at my desk. Just be mindful to keep it away from pets, since xylitol is toxic to them!

This is a nice product that I try to use when I cannot get to a toothbrush. It tastes good, chews nicely, and you;re helping your teeth.

I bought this gum for myself, because I'm trying to work with my son on chewing gum to provide him with a societally acceptable way of oral stemming, and I was blowing through more of his fruit flavored gum that way, and I really prefer mint anyways. We need a gum with xylitol only, because with one of our son's medical conditions, Sotos Syndrome, aspartame can cause seizures. And because he gets into and tries to chew on everything, I prefer to make sure nobody has any products with aspartame in the house.So, I've tried one other brand of mint flavored xylitol gum off of Amazon, and that one was made by Epic dental. I'm going to tell you this stuff by Spry is WAY, way better. Way better. The Epic one had a very harsh, strong taste even to me, and I've got to tell you I used to blow through boxes of Altoids like they were nothin' back when sugar and I were still on more regular speaking terms. The flavor on the spry is definitely very pleasant, and it lasts longer then the Epic dental one did. Typically what I have found is that xylitol gum tends to loose it's flavor quickly. This one does better then the other brands I have tried and the texture stays good...some brands go mushy and mooshy. So, will it last as long as trident? No, the main burst of full flavor is gone in about 10 minutes or so, but there is a bit of a minty after taste that lingers for about half an hour. And that is definitely superior to our experience with Epic, and even with Zellies. And we like the Zellies, the flavor just doesn't last as long as Spry's does.Now, a quick note on Xylitol. I don't have tons of time to read through all of the studies on this, but in general it appears that it can inhibit the growth of the bacteria that causes cavities. Which, given that I just had some cavities filled today...probably isn't a bad thing ;) And it may not be a bad thing for you either. There was some criticism by researchers over seas about the quality of the xylitol studies, but...pretty much everybody including those people agree it's better for your teeth then gums or mints with sugar.So in our house, I'm saying this is a 5 star product. I actually *really* like it a whole lot and totally plan on buying more in the future...

i love this gum. it has xylitol for oral health and the flavors are good. but hard to chew and it's not grainy. i don't buy often because it's a little pricy

I initially sought xylitol gum and other products when on medication that made my mouth super dry. But then I researched it (I’m a research nerd) and it’s actually good for you. Apparently, it works to combat bad bacteria in your mouth (we all have a ton of good and bad), and can help prevent cavities and other yuck. I normally brush my teeth after I eat anything, but if I can’t, this helps. Since I had oral surgery a few weeks ago I started using this again. I love cinnamon and the flavor is good. The trick is don’t immediately start chewing, but let it rest in your mouth and dissolve a bit. The flavor is intense that way. I can’t say it’s long lasting after you start to chew, but the dissolve trick enhances the flavor and makes it last longer for me so I get the benefit of fresher breath right away. It starts to fade once you chew but not faster than most gums that are full of sugar and probably not good for you anyway. I’ve only used the cinnamon because that’s the only flavor I ever buy, but I do recommend this and even put on subscription for a few months. It comes with a lot of small pieces; I use at least two. Definitely recommend if you’re seeking a better alternative for fresh breath and to combat bad bacteria.

I got this gum to help clean teeth after meals and was hoping it might help a little with the reflux I have. I don't think it really helps with reflux directly - but rather it helps me take longer breaks between meals as my mouth has something to do. It does help my teeth feel clean and it indirectly helps with the relux. The gum tastes good, and the flavor lasts a fair amount of time. Bonus - it has none of the sugars that "taste weird". I can't handle many of the tastes of fake sugars as I have the genetics that make them taste like rancid metal. The xylitol is one of the only non-cane sugars that I can handle - and it's delicious and good for the teeth.

Tastes good - similar to Juicy Fruit but flavor fades and gum separates/shreds quickly. Swallowed small bits that fall to back of throat occasional.

I don't like this gum, I love it. Every sugar free gum I found had two carbs this one 0.9 major deal to me. The flavor does not last long, but the chew is amazing every carb count on my diet, so I plan to buy many times over.
