Revive Gel Memory Foam Mattress, 12" H, Queen

Oh man.My husband and I have been searching for a new mattress for some time now. Eventually we just decided let's try this one, it's on sale, it's only $400 and then if it doesn't work we will go to the furniture store.I've never bought one online, and I was SUPER skeptical.I AM SO GLAD WE DID!It came in this teeny box all folded up and i thought, awe crap, this isn't gonna work. We chopped the box open, unfolded it and left it on our box spring for four hours, came back and it was almost fully formed! Left it for two more hours and it was the size of a regular queen mattress. When we slept that night, it was legit, the best sleep is had in my life.After putting on sheets and cracking a window for a few hours, there was no weird foam smell. And the foam smell only lasted the one day right after we got it.My only warning to other buyers, is if you are like us and have never owned a memory foam mattress...it's completely different! I find it slightly harder to get out of bed, or to roll over, because I'm not used to not having the bounce of the springs! So I go to bounce myself to roll over, and nothing haha! With time, I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it was weird at first!We've owned it for about a week now, and so far, BEST MATTRESS IVE EVER BOUGHT!

I was very skeptical about ordering a mattress online thinking oh boy if this is not a good deal returning it is going to be nearly impossible. Well fortunately I did not need to return it. This mattress came shipped all rolled up and was packaged very well. I unpacked it and let it expand for a full 24 hours then put it on the bed. I would say this mattress is medium to soft, I am 6' and weigh 210 lbs and do not care for overly soft nor extremely hard mattresses to sleep on so this was a nice fit. I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 6 months now and still really like it. My stepdaughters have both commented how comfortable the bed is when they have been over for visits so I think it is a winner and definitely think you should strongly consider this mattress as it is quite a good value for what you get.

After tons of research and years of aches and pains: my Husband and I decided to make the leap from traditional interspring mattress and box spring to memory foam. One thing that attracted us to this mattress was the cooling option. My Husband is a furnace and I'm the one that kicks off the covers at night. We picked this mattress with hopes of bridging the gap. Also the firmness was an attraction. Lastly was the Lack of movement when the other person would move or get out of bed. We both think that we have hit all three points with this beautiful mattress. He has cooled down at night, we are both delighted with the firmness, and I don't wake up the Hubby when I get out of the best 4 times a night when checking on our Grandchildren kids, our furry Children, etc though the night....great buy for any couple 👫👍❤

I received this mattress three days ago. I unpackaged it completely within thirty minutes and set the mattress up on a sturdy boxspring in my guest room to "grow." I noticed the corners seemed to be a bit cramped so I unzipped the cover to loosen the corners so they had room to grow evenly. I cracked a window to keep the room ventilated and kept the door open when I've been home and closing it when I leave so my cats don't get too curious.And it's kind of ... unable to get it up around the edges. I never expected I'd be one of the unlucky ones who got a "whoops!" mattress that is malformed. I read the reviews, but of course thought, "that'll never happen to me!" After three days it doesn't look much different than a few hours after I opened it - the center is maybe at 11 inches, but the corners and sides are all at 9 inches. It's like a big pillow in the middle but the whole external perimeter just slopes downward. I've laid on the mattress to see what it feels like, and it seems quite comfortable, but when I move to the side where I normally sleep my arm just slides off the end because of the slope.I have a severe illness that impacts my joints, spine, and energy, and it was hard enough to get this thing, so I don't know what I will do. I don't have the energy to deal with the hassle of returning the mattress, but I might have to. Sleep is one thing I do not do easily, and I was hoping this would be a quick solution.The pictures show the corners with and without the cover.

This is my first memory foam mattress, so I gave it a little over a month until I reviewed it. The first night I woke up every time I rolled over. After sleeping on my 20 year old spring mattress, this thing felt like I was sleeping on my dining room table; I woke up sore and stiff. However, the second night I slept like the dead and woke up feeling much better. You definitely need to give it a few days if, like me, you're coming from an old spring mattress to this.I'm usually warm and I don't notice this mattress trapping heat. It also didn't have a weird smell like others have said, beyond when I first pulled it out of the plastic, that is. After airing it out for 24 hrs and letting it get to full thickness, I didn't notice a thing.I was mildly concerned about buying a mattress through the mail, but I would recommend it. I saved a lot of money and I'm very happy with my purchase.
