I take these everyday, and have been for the past few years. This brand was recommended by my doctor for a better form of vitamins done liquid will absorb more quickly into the body!The flavor of it is great, not any vitamin taste. This bottle lasts a long time, and is a great value!

Have used for years and levels are consistently good

I like that I get a ton of Vitamin A in a couple of small drops. No pills, not a large amount of liquid to swallow. It doesn't taste bad either.

It isn’t easy to find a Retinol vitamin A supplement so I was pleased to find this. I’m reading the reviews and wanted to herald a warning to people who might read, that while vitamin D toxicity is quite rare, vitamin A toxicity is not rare so be careful about how much you use. Vitamin A is fat solvable so you can easily take this once or twice a week and it will store in your body. As I don’t eat a vitamin A with Retinol rich diet and I believe I need A Retinol specifically for eye health and as a side bar immune health. I am taking one to two drops per week. I’m seeing people take this daily, and one person suggested measuring into a spoon. Be aware that a little goes a long way. Learn which foods contain A Retinol that are bioavailable, egg yolks, grass fed butter, beef liver. If you eat a lot of these foods you don’t need much supplementation if any. I put a drop in my coffee and don’t even notice it. One bottle should last me quite a long time as I plan to only do this 1-2x/week.

I've been using this product for a few months, and it's always had an off smell, but it's getting worse and worse and now smells musty. I can only assuming mold is growing (even though I can't see anything). There is no expiration date on the bottle, so that's frustrating. I'm tossing it.

This is easy to take. It is concentrated and high potency so I only take one drop twice a week for prevention. If I get an infection I would take more. It is good to have in the house when needed for any type of viruses.
