Same as OEM
Although not OEM, I could not tell the difference from the new mount and the original on my Nissan. Appearance and quality appear to be the same as original. Only time will tell if this mount will last as the original.

Just fine - but made in China (NOT Thailand, as the description reads)
Not much to say about this - seems to match OEM almost exactly. Installation is very simple. The main issue I have with this, was that there were 3 brands offered here on Amazon and I chose the most expensive version, since it said it was made in Thailand (the other 2 say China). However, the box on this version also says Made in China. So, buyer beware.
