Flavour isn’t pleasant ( cherry ), but the purpose of them works quite well to provide energy and just general iron into the system DOES work well but I wouldn’t say it gives u LOTS Of energy for the WHOLE day tbh!

I post these to my elderly father and he loves them. He has more energy to cope better with exercising on these gummies and his regular blood test results are improving too.

Great way of egg ting iron into teenagers. Seems to do the job well and tastes great. Texture not to sticky and good level of iron in each gummie

These are absolutely disgusting. We have had the fibre gummies from the same company previously and they were liked by myself and my son. However these are a completely different texture, they are very strong which leaves a horrid after taste. It's a shame you can't get a smaller amount to try before having to commit to and waste a whole pot. My sons description was that they taste like blood, and I spat mine out as it tasted like I was having a nose bleed. They're not squishy like I expected and are more like a rubbery texture

Great gummies if you like me cant stomach prescribed iron. It’s not as strong as prescription iron obviously but it’s much nicer to take and digest. Hardly any iron aftertaste and they’re very,very sweet.
