Comfortable and easy to use
Although I practice doing headstands this bench truly helps. This bench relieves the pressure on my neck when inverting and allows for quicker and easier execution. I began by using it against a wall and practiced using my core by moving it inches from the wall. The wall is still used as a safety net in case I become unstable. Arm bands were just a bonus to this bench and will be useful. Sturdy construction, preassembled and not too heavy to move around.

Cool product
Like most I got this to be able to do handstands without hurting my neck. It also doubles as an exercise bench which is pretty nice. The only con I have about it is it does hurt my shoulders a bit because the gap is a little wide for a narrow women's shoulders. It's perfect for guys but it was a quick fix with a blanket to add a little extra support. So overall I think the price is a bit much for such a simple piece of equipment.

This thing KILLS my shoulders
It’s very sturdy, I like how it folds up and can be used for different exercises but I got it mainly for inversion therapy and it kills my shoulders. I can’t be on it for more than 30 seconds without being in excruciating pain.I have another one I’ve owned for over 10 years (age in reverse yoga stand chair) I can use that one fine without the extreme shoulder pain. So.... I just use that one which is annoying cuz I paid so much for this one which seems to be built great. I got this one for our 2nd home. I may read the reviews to see if anyone had a solution to make this easier on my shoulders.

poor design
who needs a head slot that big? my shoulders are not sufficiently supported since the hole is too wide . will have to send it back. A waste of money & time on return shipping.

don't expect to fold it
If you can keep your bench set up, then no big deal, but don't expect to fold it and slide into the closet. When I got it, i had to get my husband to insert the pins, because it doesn't line up. It took quite a bit of force to get the pins in and they cannot be easily removed. I complained about it to the vendor who contacted the manufacturer. the manufacturer claims that this is the way it is supposed to be.

Just as expected
I've used this bench at my yoga studio before, so after a lot of thought I ordered my own. It's sturdy, easy to assemble and just as expected. I fumbled with the cords for a while, didn't figure out how to use it, so I stick to strictly headstands - about once or twice a day. No compression on my spine, the thick padding absorbs my weight off of my shoulders without any problem. This is a good investment, it should last me a long, long time!

Love my new prop for inversions!
I received the product quickly and it was a snap to set up. Move two pins from the holes they were in, for the stand to be in a closed position, to new holes to hold it open as shown. It is sturdy and makes inversions super easy. This is a great way to learn to engage core muscles when lifting legs overhead. I can hold the inversion much longer than in head and hand stands. LOVE IT! Every time I lay eyes on it I put myself in an inversion and that clears my brain and makes me feel better.

Hanging out upside down
This is a great little invention. I am a huge fan of headstand in yoga, but it always seems to aggravate my neck. I can use this for several minutes a day and get the wonderful benefits of headstand. I do agree with other reviews that the padding is a bit on the skimpy side and it will eventually start to dig into your shoulders. Also, it's not so easy to collapse and store. I live in an NYC apartment and pulling out the pins etc. is kind of a pain. And it is HEAVY. Seems like there would be an easier way to collapse/store this thing. I don't use the pull cords I purchased only to hang out upside down. I would give it 3.5 stars.
