I have MS so I thought I would give this blanket a shot to see if it helped me sleep. It does! The weight is perfect and the squares are small enough that it doesn't matter if the beads shift to the one side. I used to toss and turn but now I sleep in one place all night. It weight feels great on my muscles that often hurt because of Spasticity. The blanket is super soft and well made. I live in Texas and have severe heat sensitivity so I can see it being a little warm for hot sleepers like myself but I sleep on a Chilipad and sleep comfortably. I looked at tons of blankets and I am so happy I decided on this one. I rarely give reviews either but I thought this blanket warranted a review!

Love how the weight is evenly distributed and doesn't bunch up when shifting. It has made sleep so much better, especially after a hard day of work and your muscles are sore.Soft, comfortable, and overall great.

I would definitely recommend starting with the 20 or 25 pound one, the 30 is heavy enough to take your breath away, but I love it and am glad I bought it. Really does help with sleep. Might want to buy a cover so you can just wash that instead of the weighted blanket. I'm not dragging 30lbs of deadweight to the cleaners, no way. Weight is very evenly distributed and it doesn't get too hot

This is my first weighted blanket and is quite heavy. The feeling is good but I toss and turn so it wakes me up as it takes effort to move or ahift

I absolutly loved this thing so much, and it basically was attached to me whenever I was home. It was amazing, definitly used it to get through some panic attachs too. Unfortunately it was so great a friend took it home… so I guess its good enough to steal which…. Sucks

Great blanket, would recommend getting a duvet cover that is easier to wash than the blanket.

Not cooling or breathable at all. Doesn't feel like glass beads for cooling, but regular sand. We have several others that are cooling and none of them feel suffocating and heat-trapping like this.It is extremely soft and the extra weight feels great, but that's all it has going for it.

Beautiful, lush, heavy, gorgeous.I bought a different one that was terrible. This one is special. You definitely don’t need a cover. The quality and colour is amazing.

I love how this helps me fall asleep faster. Placing it as the top layer with my comforter adds to my relaxation.
