Used for straining wild grape juice. Worked perfectly for what I used it for, strained very well, plenty strong to be twisted to get all the juice out!

Super versatile and good quality mesh and drainage. I just wish it would have came with the edges trimmed because as I wash it has been unraveling all around the edges.

It stands up to any task you use it for and because it is such a tight knit, you really have to put the twisted squeeze on it to extract all the liquid out; ie: ginger shots! It's worth it and reusable many times over! Your end product is exactly what you want, just the juice! Just a hot rinse thoroughly in the sink, no soap, let dry naturally, and store in marked zip lock bag to be used for that purpose only; ei: Ginger shots, broth, coffee, whatever, it's great!
