Muscle Pharm ZMA Max

Product is great. It helps me fall asleep, but this does wear off. At first I would be dizzy tired, after about a week I stopped getting tired after taking it. However, even though its not knocking you out it is still doing its job. It promotes better sleep, and increases testosterone. Its not a sleeping pill so dont buy it if you just need a sleep aid. It is meant to increase testosterone and promote better sleep not necessarily knock you out,

I am not sure if Muscle Pharm still makes the ZMA Max product. The item title here is misleading. The ZMA Max is does not include Melatonin but the Z-Core PM does. Buyer beware you are getting the item in the picture not in the title.Aside from that I like MP supplements both were good but I prefer not to take Melatonin daily. Unfortunately you can't get plain ZMA from them anymore so I will be looking elsewhere.

I bought this because I was having issues sleeping. The first time i took one I felt it making me sleepy within 20 min. That night i slept REAL good. I did feel a little groggy in the morning but im not sure if it was due to the fact that my daughter woke me up at 8am lol I did notice that it made me a little more agitated so I had to watch that part. I decided I would not take this every day for that reason. A coworker of mine had been talking about having issues sleeping due to his schedule and what not so I suggested these. I gave him a few to try out and well they worked for him too. Again a little to good because he over slept for work and was late lol I wouldnt recommend taking it and hitting your snooze button when your alarm goes off. He didnt report any issues with agitation like I had however I will say this does aid in testosterone boosting which men need more of than women so i presume that is why i felt the agitation and he did not.

I recieved the product and there were a lot of broken capsules. There was a significant amount of free floating powder when i removed the cotten stuffing. I'm not sure how these capusles broke, but now all the intact capsules are coated with the powder.It is a good product. I sleep well at night. But I think they should pack the contents better.

Was having trouble sleeping because of the pre-workout i am taking. Was recommended this product by muscle pharm, and so far has been working. Ive been able to sleep and it seems that my recovery between workouts is faster. Only down side is I did have some trouble getting up and going in the morning, but the sluggishness disappears after a shower. Would recommend if you're having trouble sleeping.

ZMA are somehow all the same. i remember years ago i bought a pack, the most expensive one, and shop owner told me that honestly i didn't have to. anyway, i guess still not all the brands take care of quality the same way, so i try to choose good ones. this one is fine like all the other zma, apparently: i sleep well, i do weird super-mega-dreams (i wake up like i lived in a movie during the night, but not always), and the day after i'm more focused. only problem this time was that some pills were opened, so inside the bottle it was a big dusty mess. every time i take pills i have to wash my hands, but i still give 5 stars since i don't think this happens regularly, other ppl probably will receive it well packaged.

Not really sure what I expected from this supp. I have not really noticed that it helps me sleep all that much better. Libido is about the same as it was. But it does feel like my recovery interval between workouts has improved a bit. Only been a few weeks. How to see more improvement. May do an update once I finish this bottle.
