Meh.. just disappointing
I really wanted to like this chair it looks great. I have two big problems with this chair. 1, The arm rests are to short. They don't come up very much at all, and when you push on them the slightest they pop in and out of position. 2, the head rest. I have neck problems and that was a big seller for me a high back chair with a head rest. But the thing is as hard as a brick. I may as well be putting my head up against a brick wall. It came with a lumbar support pillow. Now that thing is soft. If the head rest were half as soft as it it would be fine. I do like the size of the chair it's very roomy but with these two things I honestly don't know if i'll be keeping it. I'm going to try it for a week and see. So far the back of my head is killing me from having it up against the head rest for just 3 hours.Few pro's : Was easy to put together, large seat lots of room, although at first i thought man this is not soft but after a while my bum is comfy still so just have to sink in a bit. wheels move nicely even on carpet. Love the lever to move the seat up and down.

Great product
Don't buy this chair thinking it's gonna feel good out of the box it takes time to break in the cushion once you've used it for a month or more it will start living up to its price tag the essmbly was easy and came 60% already put together which was nice compared to previous chair I bought if you buy this you better be boss size the chair is huge I can't stress that enough it is perfect size for a big guy like myself I got more than enough room I would recommend it to anybody over 5'11 and over 300 pounds nothing shorter or lighter will be able to handle this chair the arm rest or a little short compared too the rest of the chair and headrest is stiff as a board you won't be sleeping in this chair unless your dead tired but you can work for hours

Expensive. Consider the identical; but slightly smaller "Classic" series for $200 less.
This is a very large chair and deserving of the "Boss" title. There's no doubt that in an office, this chair would obviously belong to the "Boss". I have no complaints so far of its functionality or comfort. It performs as advertised and does not struggle to handle my 300 lbs of weight. It does not creak and I have not noticed anything to make me think that it would break under my weight or frame. I have in fact fallen asleep in it on a couple of occasions as well. The back and seat padding is firm, though, but I also believe the chair requires a bit of break-in before you begin to feel comfortable sitting in it for long periods. I am over 6 feet tall and the back of this chair still goes over my head. And at its lowest height setting, I still feel it's little too tall. The biggest weakness of this chair are the arms, which feel plasticky cheap, feel too small, don’t seem to extend high enough, and just don’t feel as sturdy as the rest of the chair. In other words, the arms do not exude that “Boss” mentality. My primary issue is cost, however. $600 is a lot for a chair. Having owned it now for over a month, I definitely believe I overpaid for this chair and that it is too expense. Since the chair requires assembly, you get to see what the chair is constructed of and you realize you spent a lot for long stretches of vinyl, foam, and empty space. (On the other hand, you could make the same argument for something like a Herman Miller Aeron chair for triple the price: lots of polycarbonate, mesh, and empty space.) If you're considering this chair, I would highly advise looking at the Classic series instead. With my size and weight, I thought I absolutely needed DxRacer’s largest offering but I actually find the "Boss" series to be too big. The Classic series chair is identical to this, is only an inch or two smaller if you compare specs and, most importantly it is $200 cheaper. I would advise only folks with very wide frames to consider the Boss series. Otherwise, consider the Classic series instead.

Very comfortable chair. Great build quality and took about 15 minutes for my brother to put together. Chair is pretty big so make sure you are somewhere around the 5 foot 8 and taller range. Big boys only need apply! My brother loves it!
