Over priced and low quality.
The first SRF rost I purchased was horrible so I contacted SRF and they sent me a replacement roast. The second SRF roast was better than the first but still not worth the price and still not prime quality. I just got through preparing a Costco USDA Prime Rib that only cost $10.75lb and it was a much better quality roast at 1/5 the price. I would compare the SRF roast to the quality of roast you would get at Walmart, it's a complete rip off.Btw, I cooked 4 rib roasts this year and the SRF roast was the poorest quality and by far the highest price of them all.Very disappointing as I am always looking for a quality product, SRF is not the place to look.
