La uso come crema per la notte, assomiglia un po' a Isotrexin gel che purtroppo non si trova più in farmacia. Appena stesa brucia la pelle e si avverte un odore di alcool, ma dopo pochi istanti assume l'aspetto di una crema protettiva lucida. Fa desquamare la pelle e la fa esfoliare intensamente.
