from what I see a pack will do 10 gal. of wash. can I get larger packs?

We only have the 135 gram packages but we do have listings for 1,2, and 4 packs of it.

I put the entire pack of yeast into 6 gallons of honey mash. is this ok? additionally, the yeast seems much less active, if at all, after a day.
