Tower T11005 Digital Bread Maker with Adjustable Crust Control, Keep Warm Function and Removable Non-Stick Bowl, 650W, Silver

The media could not be loaded.  I got the machine on the weekend and already baked in it twice - first attempt was a white crusty sandwich bread, second attempt was feta & parmesan breakfast bread. Both have risen beautifully, fully baked inside and amazing crusty crispy outside. I'm super excited to use it on a daily basis!Downsides: 1. a bit noisy whilst mixing but it only lasts about 15min 2. The recipes given in the booklet are basic and vague, I did do my white bread by following the basic booklet recipe but any other breads would be from cookbooks or the Internet.It is a bit bulkier than expected but it is very sleek design and I wouldn't mind it sitting on the counter. Overall, a great machine for beginners and bread enthusiasts!

This bread maker was brilliant, but I did use my own old recipe for this machine and it was perfect. I use oil instead of butter and honey instead of sugar as I’m Diabetic.I only have one complaint and I noticed a lot of other people mentioned the same thing…..please put together a better booklet and make sure the directions for twisting the basket to lock in place and twisting the basket to release is put at the very front of the directions.If you need good tasting bread then look no further.

The machine is fairly easy to use and bakes evenly and consistently. We have had an older machine in the past, which 'died', and this has lived up to expectations. If you are buying this as a first-time breadmaker, I would recommend a book on general breadmaking machines with recipes, as this doesn't give much information on different recipes and ingredients. Overall we are well pleased with it's performance.

This is my first Tower product and I am so pleased . What a great price and the quality also great. Have made two loaves of bread today and they’ve turned out lovely. Easy to use machine, highly recommend

Great to use but the instructions don’t say you can knee the dough only when you can some thing my wife mentioned

Worked great for 2 months, then I used the gluten-free loaf programme and part of the seed box melted. Although the machine finished that programme - I was out at the time - it won't turn on again so is unusable. And how dangerous is that, it could have caused a fire. You don't expect to have to stay watching over a bread machine especially when programmes take 3+ hours. I've had no satisfaction from Amazon's A-Z guarantee so that's useless in my opinion, and Box Limited who sold it won't even acknowledge their responsibility as the retailer, although I've had legal advice on seeking a repair or replacement which is my statutory right. They keep telling me I should have informed them there was a fault within 2 days, but that wasn't possible as the gluten-free programme wasn't used until 2 months after I bought it. And as there are 19 programmes it wouldn't have even been possible to test them all within 2 days so that if not feasible. Trading Standards have been notified by Citizen's Advice due to the safety implications. A shame as it makes lovely bread on plain, wholemeal and seeded programmes.

This is my first bread maker and I love it so easy to use

Great compact machine that produces lovely bread. The only negative point is that there is only basic recipes in the booklet that was included with the machine. Other than that I’m very pleased with it.
