Arrived quickly. I'm new to this kind of product so was unsure what to expect. I've tried the strawberry, vanilla and banana so far, and wasn't so keen on the vanilla. I find that I am not snacking as much as usual so they must be taking effect!. My only niggle is that the pouches contain one serving but they still have those annoying strips of plastic to re-read them. Any chance of this changing?

Packets keep powder very fresh.after using for week the cravings for sweet stuff seems to drop. I'm not interested in biscuits cakes sweets, like I was . The shakes are bland not sweet ! Which I believe has helped massively to my sweet tooth . I'd rather a wholemeal sandwich or proper dinner now .I'm a diabetic, so thanks xcelerate 100%

Apart from the strawberry it was hard to discern what the flavour was. The product does not blend well with a grainy texture after shaking it well. Needs to be drunk fairly quickly as otherwise sediment starts to settle at the bottom of the glass. I have had similar cheaper product from my local supermarket that was better. Would not but it again

Unfortunately these shakes are not good. Ive tried the banna and vanilla both with water and milk. They do not taste very nice.I do a lot of exercise, and I'm used to having protein shakes as pre- and post workout drinks, and sometimes have as a meal replacement, and they taste so much nicer than these did.These are bitter, with a very obvious powered consistency, I even used a mini whisk to ensure the powder had dissolved and mixed well, but I still found that it left powdered bits ontop of the shake. It left an after taste and it kept repeating on me.They are good value for money for the price, but sadly for me I can't drink them! So I will be sticking to my usual brand
