None of our local store carry yellow peas. They came in a few days and I could make soup. I like this brand because there is little or no small stones and the flavor is always good.

This split pea makes a nutritious, creamy, split pea soup !I add onion, garlic, water, olive oil and a chicken bouillon cube.Add vinegar in the end. Top with homemade croutons !
