Zao Jiao Ci - Gleditsia spine, 100 grams

The product didn't come with any instructions on how to take it and that is the reason for my low rating. It did come with a little spoon with no measurement that I could read because it was in Chinese. I found online that this product is to help combat my PCOS. It is stated to remove the wavy follicle around my eggs so I can have healthier ovulation. It's a shame this information wasn't given to me when I went to the doctor. I really wasn't given any treatment or recommendations on treating my PCOS. I was left to my own vices to help myself. But any way I wish this came with "how to" instructions for atleast basic use. I understand this product can be used in many different ways so including that info with the product would be great especially since I am not a professional. It does say for professional use but even a professional would need to know this brands recommended use right? Hopefully this works. Here are some other uses for this product below. Also I did take it wrong my first go round. I added two scoops in 8oz of cold water. Didn't add sugar. I'm just trying to take this to get better. After finding some information online it should be added to warm wine. Rhei Da Huang for oral administration after meals.

I dont know what this is but tastes like cigarettes. Terrible. Drank it anyway and it never did anything at all. Such a huge waste of money and what did I put in my body?
