Design has a big floor in it there is no protection for the inside tubes that the handles slot into first time of using baggage handlers dropped case on a 90 degree hard edge as a result bending the tubes there by not allowing me to extend the handles we we in Canada at the time contact amazon told me to send it back that was 2 weeks ago I'm still waiting for me refund and the cost of shipping DO NOT BUY

Zip on the front pouch has already broke even though it has only been on 2 trips and NOT over filled

Good value , seems robust, survived wifes packing and though departures at airport.

we just went to usethe big case and found the expandable handle for pulling would not release on inspecting inside the case there is a dent i dont know if thats the cause but ime not happy with this product and i cant find where to apply for a replacement on amazon site

Quite like this suitcase. No too big or too small. Great for a few days away. Handles great and feels like good quality.
