This is great when it works
This is great when it works, it is compact, heats up quickly and laminates smoothly. HOWEVER it jams despite the fact it advertises itself as 100% jam free. On the second use mine ate up an A4 sheet which was a nightmare. We had to take the whole machine apart to get the concertinered plastic mess out which was a nightmare of a task. Lucky my son enjoys taking things apart but this challenged even his patience.

Broken already!!
Product has broken already and for the price I feel this is unacceptable. There also appears to be no contact details to arrange for a replacement not happy
