Did the job, happy with it.

Does the job but mould not great
Have drilled a lot of holes with this and it does its job. The mould of the teeth could be better, there seems to be a crease and the teeth mis-aligned but as I say does drill the holes well. Wood does tend to get stuck inside, so it can be as long to wrangle the wood out with a flathead than to drill it, I can't seem to find an easy way to get around that, but all in all, good so far.

Worked perfectly!
I needed to drill a 6" hole in a wooden door in an outbuilding, so that I could fit an outlet pipe from a mobile air conditioning unit.The hole drill worked perfectly. The photo shows the outside of the door, whilst I drilled from the inside. As you can see, the drill has left very smooth edges with little to no splintering. It took a couple of goes to find the right speed - fast enough that the drill didn't get caught, but slow enough to keep control.I'm very happy indeed with the result.

Does the job but suspect it will not last long.
I had a dozen or so ventilators to fit into my soffits. Did the job ok, but was struggling to cut through towards the end. Unlikely, to ever want to use it again so happy with the job it did. But look at alternatives if you propose to use this on a regular basis.

Does what it says
What more can I say? The hole saw is solid and strong, which it needs to be for the 8” size, and cuts a perfect circle. Job done.

Not accurate, but in my case this wasn`t important.
Hole Saw Drill Bit HSS Hole Cutter with Arbor for Wood and Metal LAIWEI (3/4"（19mm))…This was a good price and was surprised that it worked as well as it has , so far. Used it to cut holes in a steel oil drum / incinerator- Fewer stars are because I don`t know how long it will keep it`s sharp.

Like a knife through butter
I've tried many other 80mm hole saws and was always disappointed. I was close to giving up and hacking out 80mm holes with a jigsaw or calling in a pro. But then, like a beautiful sunrise, I stumbled across the Bi-Metal Hole Saw Drill Bit HSS Hole Cutter with Arbor for Wood and Metal LAIWEI (3-5/32"(80mm)).Order placed, I waited in anticipation. It arrived on time in a lovely corrugated cardboard presentation box. I did think I'd order another one for my wife for Christmas but she only has need for 75mm holes.Well made, sturdy, requiring only the most modest of assembly. Stunning red colour really sets it off nicely against everything else in the shed. You'll not loose it in a hurry!To the drill! Attached like a limpet to a boat. First hole was like a hot knife through butter. And the second. And the third.I only needed to drill three holes but using was such a joy I started looking for other 80mm holes to drill. Our house now resembles a Swiss Cheese and the wife has left me.So, if you need to drill a 80mm hole in wood or metal. Buy this.
