Can I even begin to say how thankful I am that I tried this children's melatonin?? It has given me a sleep that I've been desiring now for so long. My insomnia was getting so horrid and it was terrible. I tried other melatonin brands and was continually having nightmares and feeling groggy during the day, but with this I don't feel that way and it helps that it's also pretty tasty and it's not another pill that I have to choke down. Thanks zarabee. I will try more of their products in the future. Also, just as an aside, even though this is the described as children's, it's been studied and proven that typically people need less melatonin than they think. At least that's been my research- just so you know. Thank you!

I have two boys with a prenatal history that makes it hard for them to slow down at night. It was taking almost an hour for them to fall asleep at night, and sometimes even longer for one of them. I started giving them this and it was an instant help! My younger one takes 5-20 minutes to fall asleep, and the older one falls asleep in at least half the time it was taking before. I only give it to them on school/daycare nights to allow their bodies to fall asleep on their own the other nights.

I bought this for my son who has hard time falling asleep ever since he was a baby. I decided to give this a try when he was about 8yrs old because he was suffering so much and it was hard breaking me to watch him lie there for long time every night. This works and it taste great. I even take it when I have to wake up early the next day. Take this and just relax in your bed (don’t be walking around). You will fall asleep within 10-15min. I don’t give this everyday to my son. He does asks me when he absolutely has a hard time. I’m so grateful this is available to him.

I only give it to my kids when theyre having a hard time falling asleep and have been trying for a long while but it always works very quickly. All 3 kids love the taste and are always happy to eat it because they know theyll be yawning and ready to KO withing 10 mins. They always say they sleep soo good and have happy dreams😄
