Good starter stick
This is a good starter flight stick. I am a weekend warrior when it comes to flight sims and do not want a large sim setup. I play MFS24. This flight stick works real well. I was using an Xbox conroller on PC at first and the flight stick has made it easier to land and take off. When in bad weather landing situations, I find the extra amount of play that the flight stick has compared to the controller, gives me a much better experience and more accuracy. I have not crashed a plane since switching. I started with the Thrustmaster HOTAS one and really didn't care for the throttle. It also took up alot of space on the desk when this one barely takes up any. This also has a much better gimble system then the "ball and joint' system that the HOTA one had. The throttle switch is very sensitive, but I got used to it quickly. It was basically plug and play. The game recognized it and many of the actions were pre-assigned to the stick. It was easy to remap everything that I wanted to. It feels good in the hand and has just the right amount of resistance. Even when messing around with the F18 and really pushing the stick, it stays planted on the desk without lifting or sliding. Seems to be a good value for the money.

An Excellent Product
I bought this a few months ago and it is very nice. The quality is good. The engine master switches were slightly bent out of the box, but it was nothing too severe. The engine mode selector is nice and firm. The throttle levers are very smooth and the detents are very clicky. It also feels very heavy (although that's probably because they added some weights, but still good regardless). The unboxing was nice and the quadrant was securely packaged. Setting up was as easy as plugging the thing in. I didn't even have to reconfigure MSFS 2020 at all to use it. The ability to turn off the detents is a very thoughtful feature for flying non-Airbus aircraft. The thrust reverser is very good as well. I also like that they use USB-C for the connection. I can see myself using Thrustmaster flight sim products for a long while. $130 well spent.

Very Hefty, very well made.
Just got my Sidestick yesterday 10/6/20 and have already flown with it in MSFS2020 and the new Star Wars Rouge Squadrons game and I can say this is one of the best "Joysticks" I have ever bought. It does not feel cheap and in MSFS202 it was very precise in every way. The only negative thing I can say about the stick is that the buttons are laid out in a weird way. On the base the numbering goes Left to right top to bottom, so on the left it is 5,6,7, then below those you have reversed 10,9,8, then on the right top it is still reversed and you have 13,12,11, then below those you have in order 14,15,16. Not sure why they didn't just keep the ordering in logical order with 5,6,7 then 8,9,10 below those and then on right side have 11, 12, 13 and below those have 14, 15,16 all in order? Maybe its a typing thing I don't know as I'm self taught when it comes to typing? However the way it is now, its a little confusing when trying to memorize the buttons. Just something I have to get used to I guess? The only other negative thing and this is not really the joysticks fault is that it cost me twice the price as it is supposed to be like $69 but I had to pay almost double that as everywhere was out of stock due to all the games that need a flight stick being released close together, so that's more of a supply and demand thing and not truly a negative on the product. Hopefully they will come back down in price soon. All in All a very good joystick and I am very pleased I got it!

It's OK, small and all made of plastic
I would like to return this joystick, but it works as advertised. Expensive. The throttle controls look very good, the throttle tighten screw kinda- works, but it feels like I am going to break something as I tighten it. The left throttle control tightens, and the left stays loose. Wish I had saved my money and went with Honey Comb,

Works great. To buy at a lower price, check the price frequently.
I got MSFS in August 2020 and I had been using the keyboard for flying, but trying to control an aircraft with just a few controls on a keyboard can be very frustrating, indeed! Now that I have it, I really enjoy it, and it has really made a difference in my flying and landing performance. I really like it! This joystick has been for sale at highly inflated prices for months, sometimes even approaching twice the retail price. If you are interested in buying this, but you refuse to pay an exorbitant price, I suggest you keep checking Amazon's price every day. When I bought it, It was being sold by third party vendors through Amazon, but very few of those vendors had positive ratings, so I kept on waiting. My patience was finally rewarded when I found a vendor with 95% positive ratings, who was selling the product for under $100.00. I bought it right away. About a month after I bought it, I once saw it for sale by Amazon directly, and at the original retail price, too! So, my advice is, if you see a good price from a reliable vendor purchase it immediately, because that price won't last very long. I hope this helps. Happy flying. UPDATE: As of 2/20/21, Amazon is selling it for less than $70.00, but won't deliver until early April. If you're willing to wait, this is the best price ever. UPDATE#2: As of Oct. 2021, The joystick locks up after a minute or so into the flight. Then nothing works! It came with a one-year warranty, and I have submitted my information to the manufacturer for a replacement. It has been over three weeks, and I am still waiting to hear when the item will ship to me. i like the product, but their customer service needs to be improved. UPDATE#3: I received the replacement joystick in November 2021. Unfortunately, it totally quit functioning in less than a month. However, it is still under the original one-year warranty and Thrustmaster has agreed to send me a second replacement at no charge, for which I am grateful. I am waiting for that. UPDATE#4: It turns out that the second sidestick did not need to be replaced. The problem was a misunderstanding on my part. Initially, the second sidestick started exhibiting the same problems as the first one, but eventually, all of those problem went away. I have no idea why, but it is really working well now, so I am very happy about that. It a lot of fun to fly again, not having to worry about the sidestick malfunctioning. Also, I want to thank Thrustmaster for their support. While they weren't the fastest, they certainly knew what they were doing, and they were very helpful and patient with me. I am very pleased. UPDATE #5 1-21-23. After using this sidestick for over two years, I bought a new one. The reason: Over the last few months, I have noticed problems with the aircraft whenever I tried to take off. The plane would veer to the left on the runway, often so severely that sometimes I was unable to keep it on the runway at all. I would try to counteract this by steering heavily to the right. A week or so ago, I read that the problem could be resolved by disassembling the sidestick, but I decided that was too complicated for me to go, so I ordered another one, instead. All in all, this has been a great product, even ignoring the initial problems I had experienced.

Malgré que c’est du plastique il est de bonne qualité et tien très bien en main et il est très agréable pour voler avec par contre la molette sur le bas pour contrôler la vitesse est un peu cheap donc je recommande de vous acheter le throttle quadrant avec.
