Thin, poor quality materials, badly constructed.The first thing I noticed upon removing the hat from its packaging was how flimsy and lightweight it was. It felt like a novelty hat from a cheap fancy dress costume.The second thing I noticed was that the rim was not straight. There was an incredibly noticeable dip in the front of the rim that I couldn't press out.The third thing I noticed was that this dip was caused by the rim being unevenly cut.Without any hyperbole, if I'd bought this hat for £5, I'd feel short changed, at £10 I'd feel like I'd ripped off, at the £20 I paid for it, I feels like daylight robbery.
