Ordered camera March 16th. Late in May (barely 2 months later), the IR lights stopped working. I e-mailed Wanscam. They were very responsive in helping to troubleshoot, but said the IR emitters were broken. They said to contact the seller - Email Tech. I contacted them, they said to contact Wanscam. Wanscam again said the seller has to resolve this. I have been e-mailing the seller over and over for two months, and now they've stopped responding. I've been left high and dry by both the manufacturer and the seller for this camera which now doesn't have night vision. Camera works great during the day. A product should not stop working after barely 2 months, and the manufacturer should step up and take some responsibility for their product.

I like this camera. I've purchased 2. First one was $110 and the second $130. Selling now for $140. Price keeps going up?I'm using these as replacements for two outdoor 720p Foscam dome cameras. The difference is night and day! The old cameras were covered by a plastic dome. Night vision was 10 feet, useless. The KKmoon are excellent at night. Images are clear up to 50 feet.HD video is very clear during the day.Setup was straight forward. User Interface is good.Running video through Blue Iris on a PC and iPhone. Works fine.I am using a network cable with a power injector and splitter in lieu of Wifi. Haven't had any issues.Only complaint is the PTZ speed. I am unable to slow the speed of the PTZ when changing between stored positions. Moves too quickly and this causes the auto focus to lose focus.

Really bummed this did not work out as I hoped this camera would be a good buy...NOPE!First - I was disappointed their software does not run on a MAC computer. Their app is actually ok, but their software is only for windows based PC.Next - After installing the camera, within a few days, everything turned PINK!...See picture. No joke...PINK! I have reboot and reset with no luck.Lastly and "worstly".... I emailed their customer support 3 days ago, as there is no number to call and have yet to receive a reply.Just a head-up...Buyer beware and I will be returning both cameras back to Amazon.

Not much is good about this product. The video image is decent for a $40 camera but not for this price range.The camera is very susceptible to WiFi interference with -many- video feed interruptions (the device is only 50 ft from the router).This is NOT AN OUTDOOR device and it will fail after a few months of use.ONVIF support is non-standard and will not work with many DVRs or IP viewers.After 2 months of use the camera IR lights died (NO RETURNS as it was after 1 month, ZERO manufacturer's warranty).One month after that the colors were corrupted and it would reboot itself randomly erasing the files on the SD card in the process.If you feel gambling $190 dollars then this may be your product.I took a chance on an unknown Chinese brand and it backfired. I'm now down $190 dollarsMy fault for thinking this brand would stand by their products.

Product works good, Excellent picture quality. Good high quality camera and built well. IR lights well for night illumination. Easy to connect using their scan feature. Not working w/my other software from other cameras. Their software is unstable on my Iphone and crashes or the screen freezes causing me to close program and reopen quite often. Pan feature doesn't have way to limit pan distances.. ie I don't need it to completely turn around like an owls head, rather just sweep in a 100 deg angle. Would like it to sweep from preset location 1 to preset location 2 or more. That is not possible option.

Be aware, that this camera either does not support audio, (even if it says it does) or the camera I received is broken. The seller ilastore-US is absolutely useless.

Camera worked great for 5 months. Unfortunately infrared night vision does not work. I contacted manufacturer and they cannot help with parts. It needs a new infrared board. Camera useless in the dark. I do not know what to do with hit. Would hate to throw it away.

For the money this camera is exceptional value. Quality construction and super easy to set up. I was easily able to have it running and working in Blue Iris was also a breeze. I would give it 5 stars, but I find it's pan, tilt, zoom and focus speed a little slow however, as it is significantly less expensive than similar cameras I think that is a sacrifice I am more than willing to make. I only have it set up for testing right now. I will try to update it when I have it fully installed in it's final location.

SLOW AND FITFUL MOVEMENT. LONG DELAY...3 FULL SECONDS AND DOESN'T RESPOND TO PTZ MOST OF THE TIME. PIC IS GOOD.

I don't recommend this product, it has a very bad resolution and poor wifi connection. Besides you can't see your camera in a web browser outside your home.

WiFi range was not good enough for my placement at front of the garage. Sent it back.
