The Champion Sports Speed Ring Set is a fantastic addition to my classroom for movement activities. The set includes 12 durable plastic rings -4 red, 4 yellow, and 4 blue- each measuring 17.5 inches in diameter, which is a great size for various exercises. The rings come neatly packed in a large drawstring bag, making storage and organization a breeze.I use these rings to help my students practice body coordination and gross motor control through a variety of jumps, such as moving from two feet to two feet or one foot to one foot, and a combination of those. The different colors are particularly helpful in guiding students through specific movements, allowing them to easily differentiate between exercises. I bought these as another tool for my soccer team. The kids enjoyed the fun exercises we were able to come up with. The seem durable and should last for several seasons.

These have worked plenty well for my beginner to moderate use and incorporation with plyometric exercises. I have combine them with hurdles reviewed under my Same account. They have been very useful in terms of and creating small obstacle courses. I have begun to use these in various youth, soccer activities. They have been a welcome surprise for exercise and activities for visiting small children. Well-made and sturdy enough for adult use. Moreover, they appear to endure use for other than exercise purposes and disc, throwing by children. Very good purchase for what I needed.

We operate a soccer academy within a club structure in our community. These sturdy rings have various uses, but we've found the most success having them serve as pitch positioning tools for our younger players. We have them run (U6 & U8) between each color to indicate where on the field to be in different stages of attack and defense to work on pressure/cover/balance. In a pinch, they also work for top or bottom bin targeting. For the price, the value this product offers met our expectations.
